【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845establishesakeyperformanceindicator,intheformofacontractparticipationgoal,relatingtotheengagementoftargetedpartnersinajointventureonacontractfortheprovisionofgoods,servicesorengineeringandconstructionworks.Acontractparticipationgoalmaybeusedtomeasuretheoutcomesofacontractinrelationtotheengagementoftargetedpartnersinajointventureortoestablishatargetlevelofperformanceforthecontractortoachieveorexceedintheperformanceofacontract.ThispartofISO10845setsoutthemethodsbywhichthekeyperformanceindicatorcanbemeasured,quantifiedandverifiedintheperformanceofthecontractinrespectoftwodifferenttargetingstrategies:targetingstrategyAandtargetingstrategyB(definedbelow).NOTEAnnexAcontainscommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthetargetingdataforaprocurementdocumentusingthispartofISO10845.
