【摘要】:Thisspecificationupdatesastandardrepresentationforstoringandorganizingtheheterogeneousinformationcontainedinclinicalpracticeguidelines.Thisspecificationisintendedtofacilitatetranslationofnatural-languageguidelinedocumentsintoaformatthatcanbeprocessedbycomputers.Itcanbeusedtorepresentdocumentcontentthroughouttheentireguidelinelifecycle.Informationatbothhighandlowlevelsofabstractioncanbeaccommodated.Thisspecificationisbasedontheguidelineelementsmodel(GEM)createdattheYaleCenterforMedicalInformaticsanddesignedtoserveasacomprehensiveXML-basedguidelinedocumentrepresentation.ThisspecificationreferstoandmakesuseofrecommendationsfromtheWorldWideWebconsortium,theW3C.StandardGuidelineSchemaThisspecificationdefinesastandardSchemaforclinicalpracticeguidelines.TheSchemaisincludedinAnnexA1.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
