【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO527specifiesthetestconditionsforthedeterminationofthetensilepropertiesofunidirectionalfibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites,baseduponthegeneralprinciplesgiveninPart1.1.2SeeISO527-1:1993,Subclause1.2.1.3Thetestmethodissuitableforallpolymermatrixsystemsreinforcedwithunidirectionalfibresandwhichmeettherequirements,includingfailuremode,setoutinthispartofISO527.Themethodissuitableforcompositeswitheitherthermoplasticorthermosettingmatrices,includingpreimpregnatedmaterials(prepregs).Thereinforcementscoveredincludecarbonfibres,glassfibres,aramidfibresandothersimilarfibres.Thereinforcementgeometriescoveredincludeunidirectional(i.e.completelyaligned)fibresandrovingsandunidirectionalfabricsandtapes.Themethodisnotnormallysuitableformultidirectionalmaterialscomposedofseveralunidirectionallayersatdifferentangles(seeISO527-4).1.4Themethodisperformedusingoneoftwodifferenttypesoftestspecimen,dependingonthedirectionoftheappliedstressrelativetothefibredirection(seeClause6).1.5SeeISO527-1:1993,Subclause1.5.
