【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversadefinitiveprocedureforratingtheserviceabilityofabuildingorbuilding-relatedfacility,thatis,forascertainingitscapabilitytoperformthefunctionsforwhichitisdesigned,used,orrequiredtobeused.Aseparatescaleisusedforeachtopicofserviceability.Foreachtopic,aserviceabilitylevelisascertained.Overallserviceabilityisexpressedasaprofileoflevels(thatis,notasasinglenumber),andmaybepresentedasabarchart.1.2Thispracticeisnotintendedtobeusedforregulatorypurposes.1.3Thispracticecanbeusedtoratetheserviceabilityofabuildingorbuilding-relatedfacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,orwhichisabouttoberemodelledorrehabilitated,forexample,forwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.1.4Thispracticespecifieshowtoascertainserviceabilitylevelsforaspecificbuilding,butnotwhatwouldcauseabuildingtoberatedatagivenlevel.Thatinformationisfoundinstandardclassificationsforspecifictopicsofserviceabilitythatcontainasetofrequirementandratingscales.Thispracticeandoneormoresuchstandardclassificationsaremutuallydependent.Eachrequirestheother.Theformatofsuchstandardclassifications,andofrelatedinformation,isdescribedin.Anexampleofthescaleswrittenforsuchclassificationsisgivenin.1.5Thispracticedoesnotcoverbuildingevaluation,buildingconditionreports,nordiagnosisofperformance;nordoesitcoverinstruments,toolsorqualityofmeasurementsforevaluation,conditionreports,ordiagnosisofperformance.1.6Thispracticeappliesonlytofacilitiesthatarebuildingconstructions,partsthereof,orbuilding-related.Whilethispracticemaybeusefulinratingtheserviceabilityoffacilitiesthatarenotbuildingconstructions,suchfacilitiesareoutsidethescopeofthispractice.1.7Theprocessforcreatingoradaptingasetofclassificationsforaspecificfacilitytypeorcategoryisoutsidethescopeofthispractice.1.8Thispracticecontainsthefollowinginformation:
