【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheemissionsoundpressurelevelsofmachineryandequipment,ataworkstationandatotherspecifiedpositionsnearby,inasemi-reverberantfield.EmissionsoundpressurelevelaremeasuredasA-weightedand,ifrequired,C-weightedpeak.NOTE1ThecontentsofthisandrelatedInternationalStandardsaresummarizedintable1ofISO11200:1995.Amethodisgivenfordeterminingalocalenvironmentcorrection(subjecttoaspecifiedlimitingmaximumvalue)tobeappliedtothemeasuredsoundpressurelevelsinordertoexcludeatleastpartoftheeffectsofreflectionsfromreflectingsurfacesotherthantheplaneonwhichthemachineryorequipmentisplaced.Thiscorrectionisbasedontheequivalentsoundab-sorptionareaofthetestroom.Aworkstationisoccupiedbyanoperator.Itmaybelocatedinopenspaceintheroomwherethesourceoperates,orinacabfixedtothesource,orinanen-closureremotefromthesource.Oneormorespeci-fiedpositionsmaybelocatedinthevicinityofanattendedorunattendedmachine.Suchpositionsaresometimesreferredtoasbystanderpositions.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthesurveygradeofaccuracyonthetestenvironmentandinstrumentation.Instructionsaregivenforthein-stallationandoperationofthemachineundertestandforthechoiceofmicrophonepositionsfortheworkstationandforotherspecifiedpositions.Thepurposeofthemeasurementsistopermitcomparisonoftheperformanceofdifferentunitsofagivenfamilyofmachineryorequipment,underdefinedenviron-mentalconditionsandstandardizedmountingandop-eratingconditions.ThedataobtainedmayalsobeusedforthedeclarationandverificationofemissionsoundpressurelevelsasspecifiedinISO4871.NOTE2Atanygivenpositioninrelationtoaparticularmachine,andforgivenmountingandoperatingconditions,theemissionsoundpressurelevelsdeterminedbythemethodofthisInternationalStandardwillingeneralbelowerthanthedirectlymeasuredsoundpressurelevelsforthesamemachineinthetypicalworkroomwhereitisused.Thisisduetoreverberationandthecontributionsofothermachines.Amethodofcalculatingthesoundpressurelev-elsinthevicinityofamachineoperatingaloneinaworkroomisgiveninISO11690-3.Commonlyobserveddifferencesare1dBto5dB,butinextremecasesthedif-ferencemaybeevengreater.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofmachinery,bothmovingandstationary,forindoororoutdooruse.Themethodisapplicabletomachinesofallsizes,andtoalltypesofnoiseasdefinedinISO2204andISO12001.3TestenvironmentThemethodisapplicabletoanindoororoutdooren-vironmentwithoneormorereflectingplanespresent,meetingspecifiedrequirements.4SpecifiedpositionsThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkstationsandotherspecifiedpositionswhereemissionsoundpressurelevelsaretobemeasured.Examplesofappropriatepositionswheremeasure-mentsmaybemadeincludethefollowing:a)workstationlocatedinthevicinityofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialmachinesanddomesticappliances;b)workstationwithinacabwhichisanintegralpartofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialtrucksandearth-movingma-chines;c)workstationwithinapartialortotalenclosure(orbehindascreen)suppliedbythemanufacturerasanintegralpartofthemachineryorequipment;d)workstationpartiallyortotallyenclosedbythemachineundertest;thissituationmaybeen-counteredwithsomelargeindustrialmachines;e)bystanderpositionsoccupiedbyindividualsnotresponsiblefortheoperationofthemachineun-dertest,butwhomaybeinitsimmediatevicini

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11003specifiesatestmethodfordeterminingtheshearbehaviourofanadhesiveinasinglelapjointbondedassemblywhensubjectedtoatensileforce.Thetestisperformedonspecimensconsistingofthick,rigidadherends,withashortlengthofoverlap,inordertoobtainthemostuniformdistributionofshearstressespossibleandtominimizeotherstressstateswhichinitiatefailure.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtodetermine:—theshear-stressagainstshear-straincurvetofailureoftheadhesive;—theshearmodulusoftheadhesive;—otheradhesivepropertiesthatcanbederivedfromthestress/straincurvesuchassecantshearmodulusandmaximumshearstress;—theeffectoftemperature,environment,testspeed,etc.,ontheseproperties.
