【摘要】:1ThispartofISO8579specifiesthemethodsfordeterminingmechanicalvibrationofindividuallyhoused,enclosed,speed-increasingandspeed-reducinggearunits.Itspecifiesmethodsformeasuringhousingandshaftvibrations,andthetypesofinstrumentation,measurementmethodsandtestingproceduresfordeterminingvibrationlevels.Vibrationgradesforacceptanceareincluded.Itdoesnotincludetorsionalvibrationmeasurementsofagearedsystem.ThispartofISO8579appliesonlytoagearunitun-dertestandoperatingwithinitsdesignspeed,load,temperaturerangeandlubricationforacceptancetestingatthemanufacturer'sfacility.Thegearunitmaybetestedatanotherlocationifagreeduponandoperatedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'srecommendations.OtherInternationalStandardsonvibrationevaluationmayberequiredformeasuringgearunitvibrationinfieldservice.ThispartofISO8579doesnotapplytospecialorauxiliarydrivetrains,suchasintegratedgear-drivencompressors,pumps,turbines,etc.,andpowertake-offgears.NOTE1Acceptancelimitsfortestsofthesetypesofequipmentshouldbeindependentlyspecified.However,ifnegotiated,thisorotherappropriatestandardsmaybeappliedtosuchequipment.2Specialprovisionsmayberequiredforvi-brationmeasurements:thetypeofmeasurementandacceptancelevelshouldthereforebeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandpurchaseratanearlystageofnegotiation.
